I haven’t received my report. What should I do?+
Check your spam/junk folder in case the email was filtered. If you haven’t received your report after 12 hours, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately. We will resend the report or issue a full refund if it was not delivered.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes—refunds are only possible if the report was not delivered. Once a report is fulfilled and sent, it becomes ineligible for refund due to the nature of digital products. However, we do offer a free exchange within 15 days if there’s an issue.
